Minga House Foundation is lodging ONLY for International Teachers, Service Volunteers & Interns:  All guests at Minga House Foundation are either international English teachers, volunteers or interns.  Stay in the heart of the coffee culture, 30 minutes from both State Capitals (Manizales  & Pereira), near legendary Salento's Valley of Cocora,, numerous hot springs, local coffee tours, and the glorious coffee mountain landscapes!. Experience a safe & genuine setting without tons of tourists surrounding you.  All our beds have brand new pillow-top comfortable mattresses. Facilities are newly remodeled and count with 20mb WiFi throughtout facilitity, new appliances (fridge, stove, washer, dryer), all hot water showers, high ceilings, huge rooms, traditional wooden floors, open hammock patio, cozy cafe lounge with 52" SmartTV, huge open shared kitchen with a pivate panrtry and lockers for yourself, new & separate men's and women's restrooms/showers, and best of all....you're in central park downown Chinchina. We love & have PETS!  One facility has a kitty cat, "Morita!"  - are you allergic?  let us know, so we can send her on vacation.

Minga House is in the heart of Chinchina! And Chinchina is in the heart of the Coffee Region!  You'll see EVERYTHING!
Minga House Foundation typically does not have single rooms available. If you prefer your own room or even a more luxurious stay, we can arrange for you to stay at Hotel Plaza Chinchina. It is practically next door and has fantastic accomodations ranging from $10-45/night which are paid additionally & independently from your Minga House program fees.  Your program fees are a charitible contribution to the foundatoin allowing us to continue doing our community service.
