Most of these events take place in the evenings because during the day most of our resident guests are participating in service missions thru International Service Learning. They have breakfast at 7 a.m. and off they go on jeeps to perform medical clinics or community enrichment projects all day until late in the day, Monday thru Friday. But the days are so exciting, that they are seldom tired; therefore they welcome participating in the following cultural activities in weekday evenings and the weekends.
All cultural activities are lead by local community civic leaders and free to guests.
While many of the listed cultural activites have no fixed fee, some do require compensation to third parties and/or the activity guide. Many times there is no charge for participation for Minga House service mission guests; as the cultural activy may already be included in the programming. Others may participate upon approval by the activity leader.
