Why does Minga offer this English Teacher service trip & onboarding programs?
- We want Minga Teachers to feel comfortable in making their decision to teach in Colombia as well as be well prepared to perform their best as educators; TEFL certification also available.
- We are compensated by the employers, not by the teachers. We can afford to charge teachers low fees during service breaks and onboarding at an initial financial loss because when we place our teachers on a paid position we gain back the overhead invested.
- We are a national provider of English teachers for private schools, local & state & federal governments. We need a steady flow of many more additional inbound teachers to Colombia. We hope this service break program makes it easier for teachers to choose woking with Minga House Foundation. We need you!
- We are committed to building a long-term relationship with our teachers and our schools as an affordable & the best industry solution provider.
- International teachers need a place within Colombia to call 'Home;" especially in-between contracts. We want our teachers to know they can come stay at Minga House very affordably while we help them find their new contract weather it is in Colombia or elsewhere such as China, Ecuador, Chile.
